Have you ever wondered if your calls or messages are being forwarded or diverted to another number without your knowledge? Oh yes, this is possible. The bad actors employ some of these tactics to steal sensitive information from users. 

You might have set up call forwarding or message diversion earlier and want to cancel it now.  

Either way, this article will guide you through the process of checking and clearing call and message forwarding on your phone. 

To check if call forwarding is active on your line, dial *#21# or *#67#. If call forwarding is enabled, you'll see a message indicating the forwarding number.

*Checking Message Diversion (SMS Diversion)*

To check if message diversion is active on your line, dial *#62# or *#004#. If message diversion is enabled, you'll see a message indicating the forwarding number.

*Clearing Call Forwarding and Message Diversion*

To cancel call forwarding and message diversion, dial ##21# or ##67# for call forwarding, and ##62# or ##004# for message diversion. Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.

By following these simple steps, you can easily check and clear call and message forwarding on your phone. 

For security reasons, do this regularly to ensure no one is tapping your calls and messages.
